Meet our happy newlyweds Nicky & John who celebrated their Wedding day this September in Legan and Athlone. What a lovely family occasion and everybody helped and put their special touch on, to make this Wedding extra special. From bridesmaids / hair-stylists at the morning preparation, to cake-bakers… everything was just beautiful. Before heading to the church, Nicola wanted to get some pictures taken at the, now derelict house, of her Granny where she has lots of happy memories growing up. Together with Michael Mulryan, who was their photographer on the day, we got a lovely shot just outside the house.
Heading to the local Church in Legan, we had a heartfelt Ceremony and the maid of honor sang “I say a little prayer” to Nicky & John walking down the aisle as husband & wife.
After a quick stop for a photoshoot, we were heading to the Hodson Bay Hotel, where our newlyweds were greeted in style and the lovely Wedding celebrations and congratulations continued. Here too we got some more pictures taken and got some lovely shots of our couple. It was a pleasure working with Michael on the day and – he literally is only down the road from us, who knew 🙂
Nicola & John ended the night with a fantastic First Dance routine to “pencil full of led” from Paolo Nutini, before THE MOOGS took over and got everybody dancing their feet off. From ABBA to “Uptown Funk”, they really had something for everyone and the dancefloor was never empty.
