Niamh and John are both from Athlone but are currently living in Oz. For their big day they flew in from sunny Australia, to celebrate at home with their friends and family. Organizing everything from abroad can be quite a daunting task, I actually know what I am talking about 🙂

We started the day with Niamh’s Bridal Preparation and also the Groom getting ready and from the start, everyone was happy and jolly – as you should be on your Wedding Day.

Niamh looked beautiful in her elegant dress, showing off her amazing figure and the bridesmaids and cute little flowergirls looked radiant and stunning too. The Ceremony was held at St. Mary’s Church in Athlone and it was a heartfelt one, with lots of lovely gestures and little touches of our couple.

After the reception we went with their photographer David Knight to the Shannon where we got some lovely footage. The geese were a bit jealous of all the attention and managed to get into one of our shoots, which turned out just beautiful. But see for yourself 🙂

Family, friends and the ever so attentive staff of the Sheraton Hotel Athlone were awaiting our bridal party, which was greeted warmly upon their arrival. We then continued with the photoshoot and isn’t the view from the Bridal Suite just breathtaking? Overlooking Athlone and the Shannon… stunning!
