One of our Weddings we filmed this March was the one of Sile & Brendan. I have been to Portumna a few times, mainly to see the castle, however this time I went a bit deeper into the woodlands to find St. Brendan’s Church in Looscaun. The cute little church was decorated lovely and many friends & family members have gathered from near and far.

Sile looked absolutely amazing in her Wedding dress and with lots of family involved in the preparations and the Ceremony itself, it was a fantastic family occasion. From flower-girl to page boy, ushers and musicians, everybody played a great part in making Sile & Brendan’s Wedding day extra special.

Photographer of the day was Clare Frances who we meet regularly at our Weddings and work well together. We have the same shooting style which is natural and discreet, so everyone can feel relaxed. The beautiful 1920’s Style Regent vintage car was by Blue Ribbon, it is quite popular and you might have already seen it in some of our previous Videos.

Although we had lovely sunshine right after the ceremony, we still had a good bit of cold wind and went after a quick photo-shoot in the close-by forest of the Glasson Golf Hotel, straight to the reception where everyone awaited Sile & Brendan eagerly to get the celebrations started.

And just before the speeches, we had a very lovely surprise from “Italy”. The singing Chef Marco had the place hopping and our groom got to play a little bit of “dingeling” too. Let me tell you, that every-time I think of this Wedding, I cannot get “that’s amore” out of my head for a good few days 🙂

Sile & Brendan, thank you for booking Gaffey Productions to capture all the special moments of your Wedding day. It was our pleasure spending the day with you and we are both wishing you all the very best for your future as husband and wife.
