Meet our happy newlyweds Joanna & Shane who truly enjoyed their Wedding day. We started at the Bridal Preparation in Joanna’s house and already there was a fantastic atmosphere and lots of fun.
One little detail I (Patricia) particularly loved was the Money Tree, they got as a gift. Some of you might know that I am originally from Germany, so a money tree in certain regions back home is kind of a traditional gift, symbolizing the new beginning not only with some well needed funding, but also a tree you can plant and watch grow – while you grow old together. I think this is a fantastic idea if you want a little twist to the usual note in the card.
Chauffeur on the day was Padraig Naughton and his beautiful cars are a worthy ride for any stylish bride, like Joanna. Her Wedding dress looked absolutely amazing, giving her the true old Hollywood style look. After the Ceremony in Coosan Church we went to the Shannon for some amazing footage, together with Willie & Angela from Athlone City Photography. The fun continued in Athlone’s most famous Pub Seans Bar for pints & some craic. On a day like this, where everybody is in such good spirits it makes it so much easier to go to work and capture all your little details on the day.
The amazing staff from the Shamrock Lodge Hotel was awaiting our newlyweds with a bit of bubbly and a traditional bagpipe-player, guiding the bridal party into the hotel.
Finishing the night off was Simon Casey and his band who got everybody off their feet and dancing their socks off. What a great day!
