Fab, fab, fab! Carole & Michael had so many lovely touches on their Wedding day I probably will forget to tell you about half of them. From lovely little touches in the Bridal HQ in the morning, to cute little gifts, the amazing flowers, her lovely stationery from Kerry Harvey or the VW campervan from VolksWeddings for her Bridal Party – everything was just very well organized and carefully selected by Carole & Michael.
From the early morning on everybody was so relaxed and happy, it was an absolute pleasure. Kelly O’Dowd did a fantastic job on the make-up for the bridal party and it was lovely catching up with her again too. While I, Patricia, stayed with the ladies to get Carole in her dress and revealing it to Mum & Dad, Anthony went to the grooms house to capture Michael & his groomsmen getting ready. Here too everybody was happy out and Anthony & Hatim had great craic getting some lovely shots from the lads. Have a look at the personalized bottles from the lovely folks at the Shamrock Lodge Hotel, where we had the reception later that day. Isn’t that a nice touch? Absolutely loved it!
We had the Ceremony at the fantastic St. Mel’s Cathedral here in Longford and enjoyed the kind words of Fr. Tom Healy and the tastefully chosen Music from Sinead Conway. After the lovely ceremony we already got some great footage in the Cathedral together with Clare-Frances and her husband Hatim, before a quick stop at the viewpoint for some more romantic shots and then the final few snaps at the Shamrock Lodge Hotel.
Here too were so many lovely little details, from arriving at the reception, to the dining hall… just fantastic. Carole & Michael couldn’t spend the day with their beloved dogs Mossy & Rosie who were in good hands for that day, but thought of all their little furry friends out there and even had some snacks/goodies prepared for guests to bring home for their pets. What a lovely idea!
