What a fab & big family occasion Helen & Declan’s Wedding was. Helen’s house got fuller & fuller in the morning as all her family wanted to see the bride in her amazing dress. There was a great atmosphere and it continued throughout the entire day – until late at night.
Helen’s wedding dress was absolutely fabulous and suited her so well. Together with her flowers and the beautiful bridesmaids dresses, her bridal party was looking fantastic. Photographer on the day was Ivan Keaney and we got great footage throughout the day – easy with such a happy couple, so in love!
The groom & his groomsmen were in great mood too and also here – fab atmosphere, lots of laughs and great footage of Declan getting ready. We especially loved the little brooch incorporated into the flowers on his jacket, so his late Mum was with him. It’s not always easy for men to do, we ladies have it a bit easier, by having our loved ones on the bridal bouquet with us, for men this is a great idea: a brooch either worn on the outside with the flowers, or pinned inside your jacket (close to your heart), a great alternative to the pocket watch, which is also a great favorite of our grooms.
The Ceremony was lovely and Fr. McManus blessed the hands of our newlyweds, so they are strong & working together in good and in tough times.
Onto the photo-shoot: there were loads of giggles and we got lots of amazing footage behind the church, in the forest and afterwards at the Abbey Hotel in Roscommon. Our newlyweds looked simply amazing and are so in love.
Their excellent music choice did not go unnoticed by us! For the first dance they chose “You & Me” an old classic by THE WANNADIES and hey, whoever chooses Lenny Kravitz for their walk into the reception, is definitely cool in my books!
Ending the night were “The Mad Ass Mules”…. yes, this really IS their band name… and they definitely get the crowd off their chairs for sure! What a fab day, it was!
Helen & Declan, thank you for letting us be a part of your fab Wedding Day, we truly enjoyed ourselves and you & your families made us feel so welcome. We are wishing you only the very best for your future as Mrs & Mr,
