We love Winter weddings! Although it does get dark quite early and both us and the photographer are literally chasing the light all day to get good footage, there is always something mystical and very romantic about this time of the year. So our couple Laura & Paul chose the perfect season along to the perfect setting for their big day.

Both bride and groom were getting ready for their big day at the lovely Breaffy House Hotel in Castlebar. Paul and his groomsmen chose their very traditional outfit for this occasion: kilts! They looked smashing and had lots of fun.

Getting to the amazing Ballintubber Abbey we had lots of family & friends coming from all corners of Ireland and – you might guessed it due to the kilts – also Scotland. Laura’s entrance was simply amazing and when Paul got a first glimpse of his very soon wife-to-be, he was absolutely overwhelmed. It is simply not possible not to shed a tear with him at this one moment in their lives.

As I said before – due to the time we have with our couples in winter, we were chasing the light as the sun sets quite early, but together with Clare-Frances we got amazing footage of our newlyweds.

After arriving back at their chosen venue, the Breaffy House Hotel, we were settled for a fantastic evening with lots of fun, happiness and of course dancing.

Laura & Paul, your “#” said it all #HappilyEverAnderson and we are wishing you both only the very best for your future together as Mr & Mrs. Thank you for letting us be a part of your big day and sharing it with us.
